This course is designed to teach women awareness, avoiding dangerous encounters and the use of safety products to maximize your personal safety. We will introduce a couple techniques to gain distance from an attacker or defend against being pulled to another location. This course is based on many of the same training principles taught to law enforcement officers and police academy recruits. The objective of this course is to develop a safety mentality to increase chances of escaping to safety should you face an attack.
