WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP
Sign up for the next Women’s Self Defense Workshop hosted by West County Gracie Barra. This session will cover techniques in Jiu Jitsu and grappling, as well as striking and kicking.
The workshop lasts two hours and will take place on April 23rd. We will focus on choke escapes & attacks, throws, striking & situational fighting and defense. Ages 16 and up.
