• Classes are non-transferable.
• Cancellations within 30 days of purchase may receive a full refund (some exclusions apply).
• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of class start date (can move to another class date with no penalty).
• Cancellations within 24 hours of class start time will forfeit tuition.
• Our classes start precisely on time. If you are late, you will not be allowed to participate in class.
• Class tuition will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If class is canceled by The Range St. Louis West due to not meeting required minimum students or weather, you will receive a credit to take the class at a later date.

Classes that are taught by outside organizations in which The Range St. Louis West is simply the host may be refunded/rescheduled within 30 days of purchase, but not within 7 days of the scheduled class. In the event the class does not meet the minimum student requirement, students will be notified and able to move to another date.
